Webmail

CLIENT WEBHOSTING INFORMATION

To access your emails via the web:

http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail
You can also go to http://yourdomain.com:2095/  (default webmail port number of 2095)

Username: (name@yourdomain.com ) your full email address is required
Password: the one that was provided to you.

To access your emails from your desktop:

Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server: your ISP info here ( ex: relais.videotron.ca  )

If you are having problems, then try a different outgoing mail server, as indicated below.
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server does require authentication.
Incoming mail port: 110 for POP3, 143 for IMAP
Outgoing mail port: 25 (If 25 does not work, try 26, as some ISPs block port 25)
Username is the same one as you use for webmail (the full email address).
(If entering "username@yourdomain.com" does not work, try "username+yourdomain.com")
** No SSL boxes should be checked **

To log into your cPanel, you can go to any of the following links. Just make sure to customize the links as necessary.
